    Clients also have access to an on-site nutritionist, allowing training and nutrition to work together in supporting long-term health and performance.

From teenagers starting at age 13, to adults lifting for the first time, to those returning after a break or injury, every programme is customised to the individual. We focus on safe, structured training that builds strength, improves fitness, and restores confidence.

  • Our on-site nutritionist holds a Master’s in Performance and Health Nutrition from Loughborough University and has experience coaching everyone from ultra-endurance athletes to clients pursuing general health, strength, or fat loss goals.
